SANCTUM DESIGN, formerly known as RASHMI MAISKAR AND ASSOCIATES continue to serve an exquisite journey of Architecture since 2000. we aim to built spaces with an aesthetic and eternal functional performance. With a team of 25+ creative minds our prime asset is to furnish an impulsive balance between the monetary and quality value of designs and form a chain of connection between social and cultural design integrity.
We have successfully designed and executed numerous of Architectural / Interior / Landscape as well as Campus Planning projects for IT, Biotech and Manufacturing Industries. We are committed to bring in the change that improves human lives and shape technological value of the leading future. Quality dominates each activity and decisions we mark – from the people we work with to the projects we design. We touch on the eminent standards to everything that we are involved with.

Renovation is about reconnecting with the community and giving a positive experience - something new and exciting, yet familiar and authentic.
Our studio space is important in facilitating our collaborative working process. Human involvement improves the designed spaces. The systems are not just tools for our daily work, but also reflections of our core values. They bring transparency to our ideology, it give us flexibility by allowing ourselves for quick meetings and design chatter in our complete cycle of work.

We excel at building through workshops and design planning activities.
